Busy weekend, party wasn't bad.a little drama, but only at the very end. I did eat... Mostly fried chicken and ham but a little potato salad and pasta salad. Oh and a few chips with dip. But nothing crazy.
So it's back to the grind today. Another rainy day. I swear you'd think So Cal turned into Seattle. Gotta head to the gym after work. Gonna try to make it 3x's this week. Been slacking bad there. Probably why I've been stagnant. Gonna try to add a lot of water too. I have to make a concerted effort to increase water.
I'm very excited about church choir right now too. Got a small duet yesterday, and This week I get a flute solo. Having to practice in the evening distracts me from food and drinks.. All the better!

Not looking forward to a very stressy weekend. My youngest is 20 tomorrow and so much needs to be done before all the in-laws come over. And party food is rarely ok on my diet, so I probably won't eat. Just run around like I always do.... Atleast my vodka is carb-free!
Ya know, I was just thinking about it... saw my weight chart thingie... I had a really good weight week! I lost 10 lbs off my last dr visit a week ago,(true, PMS and being sick played a roll,but I'll take what I can get) my brand new pants have to be washed in hot water, people who haven't seen me in a couple of months are completely amazed... it's pretty cool!

I didn't weigh myself this morning!!!! true, only because I was running late, but still... And it was tempting... because last night after my workout, I checked my weight against the gym scale which is the same as the doc scale... I've lost 10 lbs since I was at the docs office a week ago. True, I was sick and I had PMS, but it's COOL!So then I went home and saw a slightly lower number on my home scale and that was in the evening, so I figured I would probably be 1-2 lbs less this morning....GGGGRRRRRRR..... I am way to obsessed with this.

Every 3rd wednesday of the month is company provided breakfast goodies. This is the 5th time I am foregoing, but it's actually harder this time than the last few. I always got a savory bagel- with cream cheese, because I'm not that into sweets. But I have an apple and some almonds with me... I'll be fine. If everyone will stop being so very kind and stopping by to say- "the goodies are here, did you get some?"
And then I look at todays weigh-in... :D
