I am still happy! Goood
Been motivating myself reading posts and youtube videos.
I just had scrambled eggs with tomato cream cheese and avocado. Pretty good.
I'll guess that's it...
Oh I forgot.. I lost 2.5 kg in 2 days. Lots of water for sure but it sounds awesome to me

Wow I am so happy. I just bought a jean. Lovely.
It fits me fine but you can tell I have to lose weight. But it is an incentive. I need to lose weight to wear my perfect new jean.
Today I had scrambled eggs for breakfast. Here in BA we don't eat eggs for breakfast... only pastries full of empty carbs. So it is a cultural challenge.
I am tired of saying it but I AM SO HAPPY!!!!
And soooo sure that this time I will lose the weight and I will mantain because I am going to go over each phase, not as last time.
Pitty I don't have the book.
