Does sex count as exercise? HAHA
I know I've lost the water weight I was holding onto, which was only about four pounds but I was at 155 for so long I'm gonna call that my baseline weight. It's all downhill from here! My resolve is quite strong right now.

Alright, watching what I eat from here on out, logging everything from here on out. I updated my goal weight a few weeks ago, I had it listed at 150 and I changed it to 135. My final goals at this point are to reach 135 pounds and to get really toned. I plan on getting a membership at a "real" gym when clinicals are over. HAHA, the gym at school is pretty lame. I may even get a personal trainer, we'll see.

Went on a hike yesterday, went for a run today. Just need to get my eating under control. I need to cut out all the sugar I've added since school started. Scrubs are getting kinda tight! Wow, and after logging my food for today, I realize why I started putting weight back on! Time to start paying attention to what I put in my mouth and log my food again.

Woke up at 5p and went to sushi for breakfast. Most amazing breakfast I've ever had. Gonna do squats and planks later. My butt is already coming back, thank god because I got a really nice butt when I was riding my bike but then my butt started to disappear and now it's coming back. HAHA
