Mulai Water Fasting untuk 1 minggu, karna tubuh butuh kalori minimal, jadi ak pake kopi,cream,gula fendah kalori. (^_^)/ Semangaatttt.... liat hilang bbrp Kg 1 Minggu kedepan(^3^)

berat tujuan 58, tp kejar 60kg biar ga berasa jauh bgt, setelah program diet tertahan berbulan2 karna banyak sebab, skrg mulai lagi. moga ga males posting (^_^)
