burnt just shy of 14500kj today and I feel surprisingly good. boot camp was hard work but I think I'll make a regular appearance.
my mind set is shifting and I had an "ah-ha" moment earlier today, I realised I have been unknowingly self sabotaging... Ive been eating extra on the days I go ham because I "feel like I've earned it" in a way. while I've never gone over what I've burnt in a day it, it certainly slows down progress right? I'm excited to see how things go when I do it right 🤣

for those in Whangarei, there's a boot camp on Thursday evenings at Kensington park for donations 😁 I struggle with anxiety and I'm not keen on going out to town alone so this is great. kills two birds with one stone. you can find details on Facebook

I have decided to change my weekly exercise goal from 5 x a week to 6. I knock off early today so am going to do the Waimahanga, the first time I did it an old fella smoked me on the stairs... he had a walking stick!! my goal is to bounce up the stairs without stopping 😎🤷
councilling again today, self love and all that jazz 🥰

I'm going up Parahaki this morning and timing it, with the goal of doing this regularly. would be really cool to see the improvement (hopefully 🤣🥴) over time. Mt Manaia in under 4hours is my goal for the year, so starting off small (for those in Whangarei, pray for my legs 🤣)
