Back again!! A ‘new normal’ has been harder to find than I thought. Going to start recording what I eat again. I’m supposed to have 2500 to maintain my weight but my body’s making full use of that!!

So close to my goal weight now & feeling fabulous!! Blood pressure way down so hoping I can come off medication 😊 Hip & back pain also reduced 😊
