By losing 2 pounds this week, I am supposed to reach my goal weight in 4 months. 4 MONTHS!!!! THATS SEEMS LIKE SUCH A LONG AMOUNT OF TIME. I broke down last night to my boyfriend (who is losing weight with me) because I am frustrated the weight is not coming off faster. I am also frustrated that I'm eating so well and exercising 5 days a week, but still having cravings for my old eating habits. I know I should be proud, but I'm realizing that losing weight THE RIGHT WAY is harder than it looks. My boyfriend understands that it's harder for women to lose weight than it is for men, so he went to the store and surprised me with a skinny cow cone (only 150 calories and I had a large calorie deficit yesterday so it was okay). THANK GOODNESS FOR MY AMAZING BOYFRIEND. Without his constant encouragement, I dont think I could keep this up...
