I am back from the vacation, did some not so healthy eating (and drinking!) but I'm getting right back on track, starting today.
Here is my
phase 2, day 38
(FS day 47, Tuesday, 26th June):
09:30 am - oatmeal with low-fat milk
12:30 pm - mixed salad with grilled turkey strips
04:30 pm - low-fat yoghurt
07:00 pm - three nectarines and an apple

09:30 am - bran with low-fat milk
01:00 pm - cabbage/beans/corn salad, grilled turkey steak
05:00 pm - oatmeal with low-fat milk
07:30 pm - low-fat yoghurt

I did my weigh-in early for this week, because I'm going on short vacation for the next four days and won't be home on monday.
I'm satisfied with the result.
