Went out with friends last night. Made sure I saved some calories for a heavy meal. Hard to tell how many cals. are in a meal at a restraunt that is not a chain and does not provide the nutritional info on menu.

Yup, definitely fluid retention. Feeling much better. Having stuffed cabbage tonight for dinner. Going out with friends tomorrow night. Will probably get into some calories then! Well worth the week of being good.

So, I am pretty sure I haven't gained 3.5 pounds in one week. Yes, the weekend was bad but still exercising and watching cals. I really think it is fluid retention.
