Weekend wasnt bad but did alot of drinking of wine, Had a wedding and what not, controled the eating as best as I could and made sure not to over splurge but to enjoy myself. No workout today got on my Harley and took a ride with my guy and friends beside I did "funtional training" yesterday. If you never did then you have to. the back of my legs are killing today but it was well worth it. Also did cardio burst and 10 min interval running on treadmil then walked in high heels all night so I got my workout in.

Well I held off on weighing in cause I keep jumping up and down I was back up to 167 now back to 164.5 as of tonight. This is soooooo frustrating. I decided to try and do the Master Cleanse that one of the other member is doing but I was starving today so I did eat a chicken salad and munched on just a few (like 8-10 crackers) thru out the whole day.
Walk/ran for about 30 min (boyfriend interupted lol)
did upper body toning with Yummi Lee for 15-20min

Had a long day at work it seemed everytime I got to the opposite side of my patrol area (about 30 miles) I had to go back and then a pretty bad call came in, which is hard to keep in ok spirits and do your job with different events going and peoples lives changing for the worse,
I had sb cereal for bf
yogart for snack
piece of bbq chicken yuuuuummmmmmyyyy
two hots (yes with buns)
smart choice desert
Came home and did 20min treadmill really wanted to do more but I felt very fatiqued so i pushed as long as I could and tried running for a bit but just didn't have the energy today but did do the 20min walk. Oh well tomorrows another day. All I can do is try, it sucks though cause my trip is 3 weeks away and I haven't lost any of the weight I tried for.

Actually got out of work on time today so i did
30 min mostly running but in intervals with walking
and 15- min of different arm and squating exercises
Had to do a child safetly seat check today and I was starving I had a banana and a apple and some oatmeal in the morning and it wasn't helping I kept drinking water and coffe and still starving so I broke down when the pizza arrived and had 3 pieces THEY WERE SMALL PIECES!!!! no pie shape ones. then I had a spinach low carb turkey and lettuce with cheese wrap with lite italian dressing todip it in instead of mayo.
I am working on the blue dot going down but something seems to be in the way I really would like to go to a strict 2week phase one again but things have been so hectic lately and money is tight with vaca and holidays coming up that spending a couple of hundred to cook right is just not in the budget right now. But I voe to keep making as healthy as I can choices and pushing forward.

Well ok I went for a walk yesterday for about 15-20 min and today walk/ran for 30 min today. Haven't been doing great with eating but havent been doing bad either, of course the weight will not go down, Well all I can do is keep trying RIGHT!!!!lol like to give up but I am pushing for the MRT so I have to start pushing harder!!! maybe that will help. Well wish me luck.
