Hari ini in take kalori ku kebanyakan. Lebih 300 😓😓😓 gara2 lupa ngitung kalori , pas ngitung busetttt lebih nya banyak amat 😓😓 exercise apa yah buat besok pagi supaya ilang nih 300 kal. sama berarti besok harus planning brp kalori yah supaya kalori nya nggak nimbun 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Nanya dong makanan apa yang sedikit kalorinya dan kenyang selesai gym. Karena abis gym itu Laper nya kebangetan , semakin sering olah raga aku malah sering laper, takutnya jd Bulky , pls advice dan tips nya teman2 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Coba deh tiap pagi kalian minum air putih anget , habis bangun tidur langsung minum air putih anget , itu asli ngebantu buat ngecilin perut ditambah olah raga juga yah. Semangat teman 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
