HAPPY NEW YEAR, EVERYONE! Hope 2019 is an amazing year for everyone!
Happy to say that I lost 3.4 lbs between Christmas and New Year's. This was mainly because I was sick and could
not attend any of the parties!! :( I existed mainly on chicken broth. Not a nice way to lose weight, but it has given me a kick start to the year. Hopefully, I can maintain the loss.
I just entered my weight. Have not done this for a long time. It said that I have only lost 1.4 pound in a year and at that rate, it would take me 14 years to get to my goal weight!! :)
Will have to work on that timeline! :)

lost 30 lbs last year. I have now put it all back on! Need help with will power to stop this slippery slope! help!!!
