My struggle today is when we go out somewhere and I eat something that’s not so great for my body. I know that meal prep is the best option but I just can’t seem to make the time yet. Mornings are hectic as is and my two kids sleep at different times in the afternoon and nighttime is dedicated to working out.Also catching up on some well deserved me time. Hopefully I find an opening at some point until then ...

Last night was a better night. I ate a huge salad which helped with my desire to binge eat. I can eat great all day but as soon as the kids are asleep I find myself eating whatever I can get my hands on.
I was also feeling emotional so I let myself get away without exercising. Oh well,today is a new day, a chance to start fresh.

My second day on here and i’ve been doing great with tracking my macros. I’ve struggled most of my life with food, using it emotionally. Right now my biggest problem is binge eating at night. I eat well all day but find myself unable to stop myself. Anyone have any advice? I will be grateful.
