Just got back from a business trip to Boston....It's so difficult to enter food, keep track of points and stay on task when I'm traveling, so I decided to forgo recording my food for these past couple of days. I think I did a pretty decent job of sticking to more healthful foods, if not my points allotment :)
I'm back into this now so I'm hoping that anything I've gained is just "visiting".

Well...tonight is going to be difficult :( We are going over to a friend's for a pot sticker party. Any party where the theme revolves around FOOD can't be good.
I did some checking and it looks like pot stickers run about 3 points per...not good. It's giving me a headache just thinking about it. I've planned my meals today trying to save up for it. I'm an old-school WW follower so I don't know anything about flex points.
We'll just have to wait and see how this pans out....

Last night we went out for sushi....first time in about a month. I was a bit worried because I have a tendency to over-indulge in Samurai's amazing pink lady rolls (cream cheese and all!). I did really well tho! I can't really record exactly what I ate, but I was conscious of what I was putting in my mouth the entire time and stuck with the Snomono (cucumber salad), some sashimi, a piece of the American and a piece of the Pink Lady....plus the chef always comps us with some amazing concoction. Last night he threw together this squid and mushroom treat that was absolutely DELICIOUS!!
I probably went a bit over my points for the day with the Sake, but I've been sticking to my plan pretty closely for the past 3 weeks, so I'm not feeling too upset with myself :) I actually look at it as a success....and I really enjoyed it! Srsly, there are times to count everything and times when you just enjoy the experience.
On to the next challenge...
