What a BEAUTIFUL snow day! We woke to 8 solid inches and it's been coming down all day. 5 more inches expected before dark! =)

Took the time yesterday to prep a lot of the veggies and fruit we bought. GREAT thing to do! I've been snacking on fresh broccoli and cauliflower with hummus and fresh fruits today.

Time to go sledding with the girls!

Shopping today to stock up on fresh fruits & veggies.
Still working in the bathroom. My daughters are my helpers (ages 11 & 14) ... this is turning out to be quite a nice homeschool project!

I'll be happy when the bathroom is finished and I'm feeling better. I've got a raging migraine coming on right now, but I have so much work to do! I can't stop for the pain.
Must get the ceiling up and the walls measured and cut...Must get going.

This is going to be quite a week. We're STILL remodeling the upstairs bathroom! I've got to get some baking done in the next couple days. (We only eat homemade breads.)Gotta run ... time to shape the bagels!
