Bonjour; encore 1 kilo de perdu YES !!! :-))) 30/ 03/15 : 90 kg -----> 05/04/15 : 87 kg :-)

Coucou ;-) voilà une première journée bien remplie...! Ce matin une marche jusqu'au bourg de ma ville aller/ retour 2,5 km environ. En début d'après midi une petite séance de natation à l'aqualudique ! ça fesait longtemps que j'y avait pas mis les pieds!!!! j'ai pratiquement bien géré mon alimentation de ma journée :-) et ce soir dès 18 h 15 une petite visite au club moving ; une vingtaine de minutes de rameur en attendant mon cours de fitness: sh'bam de 18h 45 (dance cardio de 55 mn pour ceux ou celles qui ne connaissent pas SUPER POUR MINCIR) puis réconfort à l'espace détente avant de rentrer vers 20 h30. Quelle journée! je suis HS je file me coucher! Bonne nuit à vous tous. Bye.
