昨天晚餐只吃半顆蘋果😣
那顆蘋果太甜了剩的就直接給男友吃了
因為午餐太晚吃晚上還不餓
餓了的時候太晚就不敢吃了😓

是不是月經快要來的時候體重會增加啊😣😣😣
戒飲料也都一個多月了
開始運動+飲控也有半個月
怎麼感覺不到什麼改變⋯⋯
這樣也太讓人感到失望😞
