今天出去吃饭,一桌子菜只照了前四样,因为觉得太愧疚 不吃不吃又吃了,不吃不吃又多了,明天一天汤,感觉自己刹不住车了,睡前55.6

本想着只喝汤,吃水煮虾,弥补昨天,谁想到忍住了饭,却败给了柚子,吃了半个柚子,碳水和热量就又上去了,重要的是减胃又完蛋了,因为撑了。。。。

昨天午饭两大盘子面条菜,油挺多,烧茄子+丝瓜+豆芽+西红柿鸡蛋卤+黄瓜+四季豆+鹌鹑蛋。晚上火锅鸡吃了10小块去皮鸡肉+半个玉米,若干菜,晚上一壶水,今天就这样了,不知道是水的原因,还是吃的原因😂😂😂
