Friend of mine mentioned she was doing intermittent fasting (which I had heard of but never really looked into) and as she was describing it, I realized that I was kind of already doing a modified version as I tend to not eat my first meal of the day before 11 or so (not counting cups of tea, but its just tea bag and water, no milk or sugar added). I've been attempting to keep that in mind throughout my day, along with attempting to decrease my bad habits.
I'm terrible at snacking/grazing, because I do it mindlessly and out of boredom. Additionally, I will take the whole item (bag of chips, for example) rather than portioning out into a smaller container. While I'm still snacking, I've been getting better at stopping quicker/eating less/using containers rather than the whole item.
I've also been attempting at least 30 minutes of some sort of physical activity (Dance Dance Revolution, the gym, walking, zumba, etc) each day, and trying to have a healthier day than the one before. My fitness tracker (Pebble) shows me my step count for the same day last week, and I try to beat last week me.
Before 2019's holiday season, I'd been hanging out around 173 - 173.4 fairly regularly. At the least, I want to get back there. If possible, I'd like to breeze through that neighborhood and get down to 164.

Happily, it appears that yesterday's weigh-in was impacted by bloat/water retention? I'm not going to weigh-in a second time, because for all I know this morning's number could be a fluke, but I saw 176.8, which is .2 pounds down from last week's weigh-in and 1.4 pounds below yesterday. Going to try and incorporate veggies in at least two meals per day, and going to stay out of the kitchen between the hours of 4p and making dinner, because that is the WORST time of day for me -- I tend to graze/binge eat something ridiculous.
