My brother and I were talking food today and he says, "We are just not made to be small. Genetics". There is a part of me that agrees but another part that does not. He means heavy but I don't think we have to be heavy. We are a bigger bunch though, not just in weight. My brother is 6'3 and broad my biological Dad is even taller and broad. I am broad. We have wider frames. It is fact. I will never be a skinny mini tiny chick. That is cool with me. I want to be healthier though. PCOS and Thyriod issues be darned.

Bun Bo Hue for dinner!
I logged it even though I'm sure the number is wrong. Nutritional info is hard to pinpoint. Living life. Back at it tomorrow. My boyfriend and I never finish it so I've finally convinced him we should only order one to share.

I really need this meal. I grew up eating it all the time...All. The. Time. I haven't had it in forever though. I don't even want the potatoes. That's a lie... I do want them. lol
