Hardly drank any fluids yesterday.... 20oz of coffee and maybe 30oz of water which is most likely the reason for the increase :-/

Weight is coming off, keeping me motiviated to complete this 40 day HCG treatment. In preparation for the next phase, I've been looking up recipes, both on FatSecret and else where. I'm thinking of picking up on Fat Smash Phase 2 once I've completed the drops. It also slowly reintroduces "good" carbs. Here is a list of some of the "good" foods I soooo want now and am looking forward to:
Oatmeal
Yogurt
Sweet Poatotes
Low Fat Cheese
Beans (any kind)
Bananas
Carrots
Avacados
Nuts
Fresh Green Beans
Grilled Corn on the Cob
Brown Rice
Balsamic Vinegerette salad dressing
I also want a Turkey Burger on a Wheat Bun with sweet potatoe fries!

Began HCG on 2/26/12. My goal is to lose 23 pounds in order to reach 130.

*Note: Weight prior to loading. Weighed in late afternoon, light weight clothes, no shoes.
