I have been achieving my goals in this small space. I have really come to love this private safe space where i can grunt and cry, huff and puff and sometimes dance and twerk between mini breaks. It’s me, my workout on a page and hip hop bangers in my ears

This kicked my ass 😅 I am on my knees lol. I added commandos and push-ups for some real Mohammad Ali vibes and skipping as a warm up.
You can do counts but i like doing Tabata (40sec on 20sec off). Do one leg per set, don’t alternate. Legs burning 🔥

It’s true what my friend said, at the beginning i lost less because it’s like your body is stubborn and wants to resist but you must power through that hurdle! You must push past it. First month i lost 1.5 and this second month i lost 3.3kg. Double my initial loss and I didn’t change anything. No wait! I started doing more workouts/ circuit training etc instead of running because that stuff is hectic on my shins. And i started doing less split workouts and more fullbody workouts.
