早餐 豬肉蛋餅+豆漿
體重57.3停滯一個多月,但L size的衣褲明顯寬鬆。
可以準備淘汰L把以前M的衣服拿出來穿了!

上網找間輕食早午餐店坐下來
看菜單之後⋯點餐讓我有點害羞😅
幸好是女服務員⋯🤣🤣
但露出的笑容還是有那麼點詭異⋯噗
我吃的很健康
