SERIOUSLY overate yesterday. I did fine at work. When I got home, I was unstoppable. Getting back on track today. Brought lunch and dinner will be beans that are cooking in the crock pot now. Plan on increasing water intake today from yesterday.
Losing weight is hard. Usually if something is worth doing, it's not going to be easy.

Me: 152.0 lbs
Up 0.4 lbs from last week. We had a pizza night after a bad day at work for my DH. PLUS my water intake for the past 5 days has been little to none. I really feel that is the main reason for this gain. I
feel
like my body is still making progress and pat myself on the back for that. Trying to stay positive. :)
DH: 231.5 lbs
(Up 0.5 from last week. He has been so stressed at work the past week. I know this attributes to it. He does great at breakfast & dinner, but his lunches can really do him in. I need to start packing him a lunch at least a couple of times a week to help.)

(Exactly the same as last week. I'm OK with that considering what I have been consuming. I really need to get back on track - food wise.)
DH: 231.0 lbs
(down 1 lb from last week)

I've consumed way too many carbs here lately and not the good kind.
Nervous about tomorrow's weigh in. I've got to started on some physical activity. Wish the sun would hang around a little longer in the evenings so I could take a walk.
