餓了,肉吃起來,發現其實沒有什麼肉,哈哈

從去年第一次防疫加上過年,復肨了9公斤,很痛苦,也很難瘦下來,今天再次防疫,發誓絕對不囤泡麵,不吃零食,在家上班,不餓不吃。
早餐-咖啡牛奶
午餐-白開水
晚餐-蛋白加蔬果
跑步完宵夜-希臘優格+牛奶
過年後到現在,瘦了6公斤。
有人建議我吃午餐,晚餐早點吃,我真的不行,太早吃晚餐,我整晚在家坐立難安,也無法去跑步,我會瘋狂的亂吃零食,試過幾次,總是會衝去亂買。
減肥不難,難的是要堅持那麼久,意志力比較難。
我發現睡覺前喝牛奶,對於修復傷口,還有對我的骨質疏鬆有幫助
