早餐:麥味登健康好時嫩雞餐
午餐:豬肉乾+卡迪那一包
晚餐:四神湯+烤玉米
早上醒來後看到體重計數字害我很崩潰,於是靈光一閃好天氣來一人騎單車運動的念頭,騎一個多小時,在找路的過程竟然摔車磨破褲子,膝蓋還擦傷。唉~再看手機app才消耗317卡路里~怒吃卡迪那~心想早知道在家練腹部核心訓練就好了!至少半小時就能消耗300多卡
嗚嗚~😂😭😂😭😂😭總而言之我哭笑不得!
還被虧以後看到大直橋,就會想到妳摔車。😖
