I had my fat percentage and BMI tested today and those are going down as well. A month ago, my body fat percentage was at 40%. Today, it's down to 34%. It's a slow but steady path to a healthier, newer me and I have no qualms about that!

Finally, another 2lbs! I was experiencing water retention, PMS, and I was taking in too much sugar so it put my weight at a stand still. I increased my cardio and made a few tweaks to my diet and viola! 2lbs gone!

Making steady progress! Seeing results is my main motivator to stay on track along with changing to a healthier lifestyle. My family is noticing my shrinking waistline! I proud of myself for sticking with my diet because boy was there a lot of temptation around me! Not only was this Easter weekend, but my brother's birthday weekend as well. On Saturday, we celebrated my brother's 9th birthday and there were my favorite fatty foods: chicken tenders, hot wings, curly cheese fries... I did cheat with a scoop of ice cream and a very thin sliver of birthday cake, but that was my limit. On Easter Sunday, the only things I could eat were turkey, string beans and a salad. I stayed far away from the dressing and spaghetti. I'm excited to see my progress at the end of the month!

Despite going to a wedding this weekend and binge eating (ok, so it wasn't really a binge as I only had four Hershey's Kisses), the scale keeps going down, down, down!

Making some slow, but steady progress. I'm going to tweak my diet a bit by making 60% of my intake protein and 40% carbs.
