Super Bowl weekend was NOT good for me... (unfortunately, I don't even like football, so for me, the Super Bowl was just a good excuse to eat waaaaaaaay to much). I put on about 2 extra lbs... But, I did great yesterday, and dropped 2.2 lbs in one day! Very excited to see that on the scale this morning.
I'm meeting my Grandma for lunch at Cheddar's today. Definitely not the healthiest place... But I plan to put half of whatever I order in a box as soon as they bring it to me, and use the elliptical when I get home tonight.
As long as I see that number on the scale going lower and lower, I can stay motivated. Keeping my fingers crossed for another loss in the morning, even if it's tiny.
