Last night I joined the Y Downtown. Throughout the month of January, you can join for a fee of whatever the day is. For example, yesterday was $21. There's a monthly membership fee of $60. The guy who signed me up waived my joining fee. I didn't have to pay a dime!
They have a variety of classes. I'm really interested in the yoga, since I love it but I don't love the studio prices around here of $120-$150 per month. Since I'm only paying $60 bucks for unlimited classes, I'm going to try to utilize this membership every chance I get!

Work is stressful. Instead of piging out on my MOST favorite food (chicken nachos)today, I ate an English muffin with Canadian bacon, turkey, fresh spinach. I was pretty proud of myself :-)

Well, I started working out with Wii Fit Plus. I had Wii Fit but grew tired of the same old routines. Wii Fit Plus seems less monotonous AND there is a 2 player mode to challenge friends. My brother and I took turns and had so much fun. I LOVE it. I worked out for about 30 minutes today. I'm finally becoming motivated!!
