Fast began Sunday afternoon. Planning to go until coming Sunday afternoon. Maybe water weight but I enjoy seeing it dropping.

So so so frustrating. I've eaten less than 1000 calories a day for almost a week yet I'm gaining weight!! What the heck! This is keto!! I've been trying keto for nearly 3 weeks now. Barely any progress. Now I've gained instead of losing.
