Finally nice weather. I have been going out for walks everyday. Yesterday I went for a nice walk about 2hours. Went down by the water I could have stayed there all day it was beautiful. I am going to do this everyday and get back into shape. I need to for my self. Happy St. Patrick's Day to all enjoy and have fun.

Today was my weigh in I lost 4.8lbs. I am going to continue doing what I have been doing. My first goal is 5% of my weight which i have 5lbs to go. I am happy with my results today

Well I havent been here in awhile I just wasnt into the whole dieting thing I guess. any way I'm still doing weight watchers I gained back some weight and I'm not proud of that,. So last thursady was my wake up call when I weighed in. I have started over again. I will stay with the program and do my best. I am going to loose the weight that I want to It's al up t me.
