Poached egg, skinny sausage, bacon, beans, toast and black pudding for brekkies today as it’s Saturday! Lunch out and family BBQ tonight. Oh dear, I figure as long as calories in are less or the same as calories burned, I shouldn’t do too much damage.

Someones brought donuts into work on a Friday afternoon! I was going to have a couple of glasses of wine tonight and relax, so I dont want to eat a donut - how do I resist temptation?

Fish curry with a few prawns thrown in. A lovely low cal and tasty dinner and you can make it hot or mild as you like!
