(weight in was actually this morning. the eating part war dramatic today. I am going to enter the food now... scared :)
WOW! this ain't bad at all! especially the exercising part!! and I haven't done my 200 SitUps Challenge yet Workout for today :) all the packing bpxes and cleaning walls stuff and so on really helps :)
first I need to finish some desk work. and walk the dog (2mins just for the night) then the situps, then sleep time yeahyy)
BUT BAAAAAAAADDDDDD!!! 60% RDi is not how I planned. far too much, so luckily I burned that much calories today!!

I said I won't eat after dinner, it's soooooo hard. And I also have too much to do to burn those calories I didn't burn yesterday, but I will try to burn them during the rest of the week, every day a few. So I do my stuff now, wich also burns (desk work) then I do some sit ups (another 100 kcals) then I wals the dog (very short walk (like 5 kcals hahaa) and go to bed.
Next week, from wednesday on, I will move to another city, wich will be burning many many many calories I hope.

Yeahyy. 68,5 kilos...
Even though AGAIN I totally screwed up yesterday, because I thought the plan was 3000 kcal instead of 3500 kcal, so even if today I wont be able to ride the bike (rain) I won't go to bed until I burned those calories I forgot yesterday... Also, I ate much more than I should and didn't drink enough.
