So yesterday physical exercise involved the unloading and packing of 500 bricks. And physically carrying 260 bricks over a 20m area back and forth. All in the spirit of repaving the backyard. 💪 I believe this was equivalent to quite a gym workout.😅

And so it starts...had a great day yesterday. No junk -goal is to only eat food made at home. So no takeaway burgers or sandwiches. If I want to eat it I must make it at home. Well at least 90% of the time.
Also did physical labour yesterday - with a spade removed a patch of lawn 😅 hectic! Every muscle I forgot I had is stiff today. 💪

Oops it's been a moment 🤭 Fell off the proverbial wagon. I must admit all the ' junk' I have been eating this last while has made me feel quite urgghhh. That's the main reason need to get back on track. Not some New Years resolution 🙄
