I did well yesterday did a great work out of 40 min hard cardio
300 abs & some arms
had
chili casorole for breakfast
and beans for lunch
Ice coffee sf syrup
dinner
trace tacos
mmmmmmmm!

The stupid scale is not moving but I feel alright, I guess that is what matters, right? I can't seem to get close to my goal weight and really don't get it Iv'e been doing pretty good not fantastic but good. Whatever I'll just keep trucken because it don't matter if the scale is not going down as long as it is not going up, that is the real deal.

Doing better today,
I worked out for a little more than an hour. I think that is the problem I have been cutting my work outs to around 45 min and they used to be an hour or more. So I am going to try that stategy.

Did not want to sign in this morning because I was not very good over the weekend I had 2 pina coladas and 2 pieces of pizza and a beer.
I know it's not the end of the world but I'm feeling a bit discouraged. I know I will get back to the routine but I am transitioning to phase 2 and worried about how many servings of whole wheat and fruit I should eat in a day does any one have an Idea so I don't feel so guilty? Thanx,
