olahan tempe emang paling gampang + enaak. beli tempe 1/2 papan dibikin macem steak tempe, jadinya 6 potong. digoreng pake minyak sekitar 1 sdm.

Sarapan nyomot pisang goreng 2 biji, Alhamdulillah pisgor bikinin ibu warbiasa. lanjut menu makan siang pake capcay + ayam barbeque, snacknya pepaya + jus apel pepaya, makmal pake tumis buncis sawi baso + telor + ayam. semua less oil kecuali pisgor

Bismillah, Back on track. Udah sempet nginjekin kaki ditimbangan dengan angka 48 kg setelah sekian lama, sekarang naik lagi ke 55 kg krn keasiiikan hehe. Selama ini masih terus atur makan sih, tp sekalinya kelepasan suka gak kira kira wkwk. BISMILLAH YAA
