Didn't get a chance to record exercise or food journals this week. I have been so busy trying to get into my schedule again. but, as of tomorrow i have officially gone a whole week without soda! go me! hopefully next week my schedule will be less hectic.

Ok...so I have a new scale...and I just found out the one i was weighing myself on before was four pounds off...so that is why it looks as if i have gained this week
