I'm so upset at myself, I cheated last night. My husband and I went to the Alamo Draft House. I'm not to sure if everyone is familiar with this place. But you watch a movie and waiters come out and bring you food or drinks (wine, beer, coke etc.) whatever you order off the menu. Anyhow, the lady next to me had ordered chocolate cake. It looked so good. I couldn't help myself I ordered a piece. It was so delicious. And not only did I order that cake, but I ordered wine. OMG! I haven't had wine in a while. I enjoyed it all, but now I'm feeling guilty and I don't want to go anywhere near a scale. :(

Well I did okay yesterday. The only problem I have is that I get so hungry when I get back from the gym. Can I eat when I get back from the gym? Guys I DO MEAN I GET HUNGRY. I don't want to gain my weight back just because I'm eating after working everything off.

Wow! Everyone here is so nice and supportive. I Weighed myself yesterday, I lost 7 lbs. I'm still going to the gym. Yesterday I took a hip hop class and a step class. (she worked my butt off.) Today I'll be doing my spinning class and my regular gym workout. I'm pretty excited. I am now on day 2 of phase II. Well I'll keep you posted. thanks.

Well I've been doing great. I'm on Day 5 of Phase 1. My husband and I both go to the gym together. I'm one of those people that I have to have someone go with me, or I wont go. Anyhow, things have been going well. I noticed my waist and thighs getting smaller. I'm so tempted to get on the scale and see how I'm doing. I want to know so bad if the diet and all my working out has payed off. But I'm just going to follow what the book(DON'T WEIGH YOURSELF UNTIL THE MORNING OF DAY 10). Good Luck to everyone on the FSD and any other diet you're on.

I just became a member today, but I've been on phase 1 for 3 days now. I actually feel pretty good. I'm so used to eating out all the time. This is something new for me. I do feel great though, I haven't really been hungry because of the number of meals he has you eating everyday. I haven't had any kind of sweet cravings either. I've been going to the gym everyday. I'm so excited I can't wait to weigh myself on day 9. Wish me Luck.
