Despite all the stress at work and chaos that has become my life I still followed the plan and exercised last week. I had a great loss week. I finally feel like I have control over what I eat and how much I exercise rather than my life having control of me. I did some closet cleaning this weekend and the clothes I had been saving for years to eventually fit into again...well they are too BIG! That was the greatest feeling ever and all the confirmation that I needed to push forward.

I'm back on a positive losing streak. I'm exercising regularly again which really helps me stay motivate. I'm doing much better with the WW points too!

I took yesterday off from work and from journaling. I needed a break and a day to just forget about everything. It's been a rough week. I'm feeling much better today and even up early to start my day! Hope everyone enjoys their weekend.

Today was my first official weigh in under 200lbs in a very long time. I'm super excited and ready to get to my next goal of 185 by October 10th when we leave for Vegas. I've had a stressful couple of weeks and I know that slacking on the exercising made them worse. I'm make to my routine and have a much better attitude.

My official weigh in isn't until Wednesday, but I got on the scale yesterday morning and was 199.2......OMG! That is the first time in 7 years I've been under 200lbs. Now I know anything is possible.
