I am doing good on the WW plan. So far so good! Now to just keep it going and not get lazy and fall back in to my old habits

I weigh in tomorrow. I am going to forgo the lawn tractor and push mow the lawn today. The only problem is that it is very humid and in the low 90's today! On the other hand, I will sweat off the weight!

I try to follow the weight watchers program, but it is hard to get all of my points that they require. Sometimes I feel guilty about eating the things that I do. But with WW, as long as you go along with the plan it should be good I hope.
