Still going down unexpected one really did not see this one coming eat well but did a bit less work in the gym and more rest which is also key,recovery should be part of your process juat as eating and spending all that hours in the gym...💪😋😉

Think i have shaken off a bit of water after a hard cardio session. lets see what happens towards the weekend trust the prosess if it stays its good for a week

Want to see some comments on how much water every ones drinking during the day please leave a comment.....😁💪 Currently aiming for about 1.5-2L a day and another 1 while training depends on how hard im pushing.

Always remember to use a scale just noticed that some breads are heavier and there for need to consume less and not your normal 2 sclices....
