My girlfriend and i went out for lunch today..we share the same birth date..we exactly a year apart,shes currently expecting,4 months into her pregnancy so she got fries and wings..but i managed to reign in temptation and ordered two chicken breasts wit a simple salad..this is the evidence,hehehe
we split the red velet cake slice though

A banana,a sprinkle of chia seeds,200g of plain yogurt and my lemon water..i often substitute it with apple cider water..and i make it watery and just drink it throughout the day

Been doing good so far except for yesterday when i went ham on those snacks and i wasnt even hungry..but im back on track..excited still abt this journey and the intermmitent fasting plan.
