Hey guys! Well today is Day 13 for me on the FSD and I feel pretty good. I haven't followed the diet to the T, but I've followed it like 90% which is way better than I've ever done before.. Still, the results have been pretty good, I've lost about 8 lbs so far! ( I have a really crappy scale so I dont know exactly) The last 2 days, I have been really busy and I haven't been able to eat the 4/5 times a day like I am supposed to, and I think that it's slowed down my weight loss. But I will try and get back on track with the meals starting today. I've exercised 3 times so far this week, so I have to do it this weekend. I wanted to know if anyone can give me the names of some easy to make recipes without a lot of weird ingredients lol. I am not familiar with all those crazy herbs and spices, and even though I wanna learn, I wanna start out easy. Thanks guys!

Hey guys!! Detox is finally over!!! I am proud to say I have lost 8 lbs!!! I weighed in this morning and was pleasently surprised.. My detox phase was nowhere near perfect, I cheated a couple times here and there, nothing major though, I stuck to it about 90% and the results were great. I am psyched to start this new Foundation Phase.. The only things I am concerned about are that I practically weigh myself every other day and I know youre not supposed to do this but I can't help it, so I really need to work on that. I'm thinking once a week should be good.. And the other thing is that I have a very limited cooking menu, and I am not used to making all this stuff on the recipes, so I am finding it kinda hard to follow them.. What are some easy recipes I can make for this new Phase?? Looking forward to your comments and support, Thank you!

Hey guys! Today is Day 8 of Detox and wow these last couple of days just flew by. I am kinda dissapointed with myself cuz I cheated big time yesterday.. My bf took me to this great little diner yesyerday, and I was trying to get something healthy but there were very few choices, so I got a "grilled" chicken sandwich thinking that was pretty healthy, but when I got it, it was as greasy as a burger! It looked delicious, and I didn't wanna spoil our date, so I devoured it.. It was so so so good, but it made me feel so guilty afterwards...And I had 2 Cokes too!! I feel super bad, and on top of it all I didn't exercise this weekend, because I exercised Mon-Fri... Other than that, I kinda cheated Friday I had a cup of Cocoa Pebbles. This is hard! But all in all, I am proud of myself. I have lost 5 lbs so far!!! And the discipline I have had this past week is amazing, I'm sure that with time I'll get better and better at this...
