Well yesterday was a bit awful. I had my 4 month old, my 3 year old home from preschool with a bad cough, and watched my friends' baby who is only 4 months old. Baby girl was fussy all day, and has this high-pitched scream. Needless to say, I had a migraine by the end of the day, and didn't find time beforehand to do my crunches or exercise. So today, I have to double up, and the kids are home from school due to weather. It will be a challenge. I'm the type who can't focus with all the distractions. And we can't go anywhere. They're about ready to call it a Level 3. This is fun! NOT! So anyone living in warm areas, please send some sunshine and warmth my way! I cannot wait for warmer weather. I'm always outside being active with either walking or my kids' sports.
But, I did lose 1 lb today!!!! SO EXCITED!!!

Well, finally hard work has paid off. I have been busting my butt to get some weight off. I did weigh myself yesterday, just to peak. Nothing! But I noticed my pants were fitting much looser. Kept pulling them up all day. So I was so confused when the scales weren't showing anything. But today, they are in my favor! FINALLY! I am jumping for joy! This is exactly what I need to give me some extra umphh to work even harder. I lost the pound I gained back, plus an extra one! Thanks so much to everyone for all the support you have given me. I would have given up a long time ago without it! Truly great friends!

Well, I've been back on track after Wednesday's meltdown. Yesterday, I did over 200 crunches and extra push ups. I also burnt 234 calories on the Dancemat. Today, I have all 100 push-ups done, and all 100 crunches as well. Burnt 309 calories on the Dancemat. At least the Dancemat is fun. I have been following the diet 100%. Hope tomorrow, or at least by Tuesday, I will see some results. *fingers crossed*
