Dont know why im gaining weight 🥲. But i can see the difference in my body and the way my clothes fit. Im not exercising so i dont think it’s muscle. Anyway i am not discouraged, will keep going.

My cycle started today, I’ve done a bit of research and they said women can weigh up to 2kg more during their period because of water/fluid weight. This is temporary and will normalise after 3-5 days so hoping to see a better result then😅
