저탄고지 ... 과일 추천 부탁드려요.
단맛나는 과일은 과당이 많아서 스킵..
근데 바나나도 꽤 당이 많나 봐요? 안먹는게 맞는거죠?
토마토만 먹어야 되는 건가요? 채소라 OK???
