I woke up today
feeling
the workouts of the last 2 days, but went on my powerwalk anyway and by the end of it my legs were not near as sore. In fact working out the soreness motivated me to put the Tae Bo workout in the dvd player and punch and kick my way through 20 min of it. I have decided that I will set an alarm and get up at 6:30 during the week so I have the time to workout before work. I also told hubby that I want to try to stop working around 4pm so I can then workout again before dinner. Walking and weights in the a.m. and Tae Bo in the afternoon. Hope I will stick with it as this time I want to get rid of my weight the right way and also be toned.
Picked up Ketone test strips today and I was pleased to see it go right to purple...now if the scale would just
prove
I am burning fat I would be happy!

Morning starting good. I was not near as sore as I thought I would be after my workout yesterday. My step-daughter and I walked this am and pushed the pace to a fast walk, we then hit the weight machine doing 15 reps of all the exercises, turned around and did a fast walk again and weight machine again. Was out of breath and not feeling great for a minute but after chugging water and eatting a sting cheese I began feeling better! I hope this energy boost will last all day!

My day is going well. Walked 15 min this am and worked out on the weight machine 15 reps for each exercise. Lunch was GREAT! Made a salad with tomato, blk olives, and a cut up grilled chicken breast (walmart brand frozen already cooked) and 2 TBSP of salsa ranch. DELISH! I am getting better with measuring out my portions. Now I need to up the water (tea actually) and the exercise.
