This week was really challenging, even more so than my first week on the Belly Fat Cure Diet. I didn't lose near as much weight, but I'm still losing & that's what counts.

Today marks 1 week of doing the Belly Fat Cure Diet. I'm amazed at the results! I'm down 5.2 lbs, feeling better & my energy has increased quite a bit as well. I'm excited to begin week 2 & eager to see how much weight I can continue to shed!!!

Although it's been extremely difficult, I'm now almost at the end of my first week doing the Belly Fat Cure. Getting off sugar is so challenging, but I feel more energetic & my mood is usually better as well. I look forward to all the benefits that come with this healthy lifestyle!
