I have added tea and sweet-n-low to my diet and I haven't lost another pound since I added these two things. When I last weighed in I lost another pound the very next day, but when I added these two things on the 15th I gained that one pound back on the 17th and now I'm back at the same weight that I was at on the 15th! I should have at least lost three more pounds by now!
This is why people fall off the wagon!
I am so upset with this because I love tea so much and to think that I am not going to be able to have it just upsets me so much. I'll give it up, but I am so tired of this!!!! Please excuse my frustration!

It's me,
I feel so good with how I'm doing on this diet. I really think this dinner party has made me obsessed with exercising! I'm afraid that once it's over, I will get relaxed and start my old ways back up. I am really feeling like I have this diet under control at this time, but I also feel that I can go back to eating like a fool at anytime. I don't feel pressured to get the weight off this time and I realize that diet and exercise can be a wonderful addition to your life or it can be a thorn in your side. Since I know that I am going to be fat and miserable if I don't do it, I have decided to embrace it and since I've done that it's been a joy to be able to say, "I exercised today!" I'm just going to enjoy life and work with what I got.

Worked out today. Had a lot on my mind so I ended up doing 1hr30mins on treadmill. I didn't do any stretches or weights. I'll do 30mins of that tonight while my boyfriend walks the treadmill. I think he enjoys watching me stretch while he walks. It seems to motivate him to stay on the treadmill longer. I'll start my streatching exercise maybe 15mins into his walk/run exercise on the treadmill. He usually stays on there about 45mins. Well I have class again tonight. It's just getting too cold out there to do anything but go to work and come back home! I wish all of you well. Have a great afternoon!

Good Morning,
I am back at work today. Class was something else lastnight. My instructor kept looking at me and I didn't know why, so when she called for a 15minute break, she walked over and asked me if she knew me from somewhere. I told her that I didn't think so. She then asked me where was I employed and what highschool did I attend, I answered her and I asked her did she work anywhere else besides the college and she told me other places where she was employed. Then she asked THE QUESTION! She asked me my age! I don't know guys, I am going to have to get me some plastic surgery in order to feel good about being 35. That was the first time someone has asked me my age since I turned 35. I thought about it the entire class. This woman didn't look a day over 40 and she went on and on about how she thought that she had taught me in elementary or highschool. This was even after I told her my age! I wanted so bad to ask her her age, but I didn't want to offend her and I couldn't come up with a way to do it so I just left it alone. She made comments all during class about how old she felt. I'm telling you guys this woman looked 40 or 45 at the most....but now that I think abou it, I guess she could've been close to 50. My mother is 51 and she looks really good for her age. My mother was a very young mother.
On another note, I exercised yesterday morning and again lastnight after I got home from class. I did 30 minutes of treadmill and 30 minutes of weight and stretches lastnight. I'm really getting the hang of this exercise thing. My weight today is 187.4 but I was really wantin to see 185Lbs, but I can live with this for now. I hope by next week I will be 185 or lower. It's been two weeks and I have really been working hard on this diet.I am going to try very hard not to blow it this weekend.
