Day 2: I'm using the Purition Vegan protein shakes. I really like them. I mix with water and a piece of fruit or plant milk. One for Breakfast and one for lunch. My downfall is I often eat when I'm not busy so trying to keep active. Also I tend to fancy food just before bed so a few early nights in order I think or filling up on water. I'm a boredom eater and also I like texture, so often I eat even when I'm full up. So trying to keep an eye on these triggers X x
